Order Submission & Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, we must inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before completing your purchase. Chain Link Ink does not offer refunds or exchanges.


Order Processing

Please allow 3-12 business days for your order to be processed, excluding federal holidays.


Production Time

Chain Link Ink does not produce products in-house. For out-of-stock items, production time can range from 2-3 weeks for stickers and 3-6 weeks for other products. Manufacturer delays may occur, so please follow us on our main Instagram (@chainlinkink) for updates.


Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. A second email will be sent when your shipping label is created.

In-stock items typically ship within the first week after your purchase date. Chain Link Ink does not provide a specific delivery date, so please monitor your order if a tracking number is provided. Orders placed on Fridays will ship on the next business day. Shipping may be delayed during convention seasons until the week following the convention.

For pre-orders, please allow 3-8 weeks for manufacturing and inspection before shipment. Additional updates are provided via our social media and product information on our website.

Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days after shipment. International shipping may take over a month, or longer, due to customs and import procedures.


Shipping Policy

Chain Link Ink is not responsible for damage during transit caused by the shipping company’s handling. While we take precautions to ensure safe delivery, we do not offer warranties for items during transit.

A tracking number is provided with every Chain Link Ink order.

International orders may incur additional tariffs imposed by the destination country. Chain Link Ink is not responsible for paying these tariffs. If the tariff cannot be paid or the item cannot be received, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

If postage is required at the time of collection, Chain Link Ink is not responsible for covering these postage costs.

No insurance is provided for packages sent by Chain Link Ink.


Incorrect or Incomplete Mailing Address:

If your order is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, Chain Link Ink is not responsible for the delivery failure. The customer may request a reshipment but must cover the new shipping costs. If the package is not returned to us, Chain Link Ink is not obligated to replace the order.


Stolen or Misdelivered Orders:

Chain Link Ink does not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are misdelivered or stolen. Please contact your local postal carrier for assistance with missing orders. If the package cannot be located, you may file a Missing Mail Search Request. For help with a Missing Mail Search Request, you can contact us via email.

Chain Link Ink is not liable for shipping delays or packages lost in transit due to the shipping company’s errors.
